RLA Associates is an innovative organization with services in artistic, cultural, and educational management created by Dr. Ruth E. Lugo in 1991. Since the beginning, it has been evolved in areas as broad as music management to academic assessment. The concert hall and the classroom share similarities in the management and quality of the performance.
We encourage educational institutions to self-assess their effectiveness with their standards of excellence as stated in the accreditation process. We believe that innovation results from a purposeful strategy of rethinking how we do business, and how we can sustain it given the external environment. We promote quality education and services with new modalities of online deliveries that will increase access and inclusion for educational possibilities to diverse learners. The post-pandemic era had challenged institutions to rethink how do we deliver the educational product withstanding the financial sustainability and competitive edge. Within Higher Education, we specialized in curricula development, develop a baseline of accrediting standards in the institution, guide the development of the Self Study Guide in preparation for the Institutional Report, Board assessment, and ultimately design an effective institutional program review process for national and international accrediting candidates. In addition to the accrediting agencies, we are also working with Quality Matters standards in course design for online education. Restructuring our approach and the educational process change is evidence by articulating strategies and reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of the administrative units, their functions, and their integration with teaching modalities in multiple scenarios.
We specialize in representing, developing, marketing, and producing sound art events of emerging and established artists within artistic and cultural management. The artwork reflects the artist’s manifestation of the cultural language of society, which cut across culture, education and celebrate the vibrancy of composers and culture in whatever venue. An artistic and cultural expression may help us define who we are, creating a common language that unifies us. By choosing creative presentations, with different venues, composers, conductors, arrangers, and artists, in general, produce exciting programs in the concert hall, university, and other public and private domains.
